Observability, SRE & AIOps Architect

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design of enterprise observability, SRE, and AIOps solutions across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments

Serve as a trusted advisor to client CIO/CTO/SRE/Operations leaders

Define and implement SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, resilience, incident management)

Design AIOps use cases including event correlation, anomaly detection, RCA, and predictive insights

Integrate observability platforms with ITSM, CMDB, CI/CD, and automation ecosystems

Support pre‑sales solutioning, architecture workshops, proposals, and RFx responses

Provide architectural governance and guidance during delivery engagements

Core Skills

Observability Platforms: Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, OpenTelemetry ecosystem

AIOps & Intelligent Operations: Noise reduction, correlation, predictive analytics, automated remediation

SRE & Reliability Engineering: Service health metrics, resilience patterns, toil reduction

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

Application Architecture: Microservices, Kubernetes, APIs, cloud‑native and legacy applications

Infrastructure: Compute, storage, network, middleware (on‑prem and cloud)

Automation & Integration: ServiceNow, ITSM/CMDB, orchestration, CI/CD, IaC

Experience

12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, and application architecture, with deep focus on observability and operations

Proven client‑facing experience in a systems integrator or consulting firm

Experience designing and delivering large‑scale enterprise monitoring and AIOps programs
