Accountabilities
In this role, you will define and execute the organization’s AI and automation strategy while also building and scaling practical solutions.
* Act as a strategic partner to go-to-market leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
* Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n and other automation platforms
* Build and iterate rapid prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
* Translate AI market trends into actionable automation strategies and scalable playbooks
* Drive organizational change by embedding automation into daily workflows and operations
* Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for sustainable automation initiatives
* Bridge strategic advisory and technical execution to deliver measurable business impact
Requirements
This role requires a strong mix of technical fluency, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial execution capability.
* 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
* Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Claude, or similar tools)
* Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and refine underlying logic and processes
* Hands-on mindset with a proven ability to build and deploy automation solutions
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
* Entrepreneurial “builder” mindset with ownership of end-to-end project delivery
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
* Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
