The Role

You will take ownership of AI strategy and execution, shaping how intelligent systems are designed, built, and deployed across the business. Key responsibilities include:

* Designing and delivering AI driven automation across end to end recruitment workflows

* Building LLM powered solutions for CV screening, candidate matching, and outreach

* Developing conversational agents to enhance candidate and client engagement

* Integrating AI tools into existing ATS, CRM platforms, and external APIs

* Defining and owning the AI roadmap, prioritising use cases with clear commercial impact

* Leading delivery from concept through to production ready implementation

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong commercial experience delivering AI or automation solutions in a business environment

* Hands on capability with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied machine learning use cases

* Experience integrating AI solutions into existing systems and workflows

* Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions

* Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery level
