Key Responsibilities

Automate GTM workflows using various tools and custom software.

Build and maintain data analytics, reporting, and internal business systems.

Full Description

At praxipal, we are building an AI-powered healthcare admin workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff.

Medical assistants are too valuable to spend their days chasing callbacks, cleaning up schedules, sending repetitive messages, or wrestling with invoicing and documentation workflows. Staff should spend time on patients. That’s why we build Luna.

Our AI receptionist, Luna, answers and automates phone calls and she’s loved by more than 100 medical practices. Right now, we’re expanding her from calls to end-to-end patient communication across any channel. Over the next years, we’ll grow her into an AI worker that automates all administrative processes in medical practices, embedded directly into the systems teams already use.

We’re backed by one of Europe’s leading investors and are one of the fastest growing healthtech startups in Germany. Our team has previously worked and studied at Palantir, Amazon, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute.

We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build automations and internal tools that make our go-to-market organization faster and more scalable.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of automations, tools, and reporting that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work directly with our founders, GTM operators, and other engineers to identify bottlenecks and manual work and turn them into reliable systems. If you do things right, you can help us grow twice as fast.

What You’ll Do

You’ll build the systems that make our GTM organisation run.

* Identify friction across Sales/Marketing/CS and remove it through automation

* Automate GTM workflows (n8n, Zapier, custom software, etc.)

* Build internal tools (lead enrichment, web crawlers, outreach personalization, etc.)

* Build and maintain our data lake, as well as analytics and automated reporting (campaign performance, funnel tracking, pipeline health, etc.)

* Create demos and prototypes for new products and new markets

* Build and maintain our core business systems (billing, commissions, invoicing, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

* Strong hands-on software engineering experience in TypeScript, Python or Rust

* You have built, shipped, and owned software end-to-end

* Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders on technical topics

* You enjoy operating in ambiguity and turning messy real-world processes into pragmatic systems

* Prior experience in startups or scale-ups

* You’re excited to work on-site in Berlin in a fast-moving startup in build-mode

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with web automation tooling (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer)

* Experience improving operational processes through automation

* Familiarity with modern data stacks (Postgres, Grafana, PostHog, etc.)

How We Work

* High ownership: You own the systems you build and the outcomes you create.

* Hands-on and pragmatic: You focus on solutions that work, even when constraints are messy or imperfect.

* Humble and collaborative: Team fit and attitude are non-negotiable.

Location & Compensation

* Location: Berlin (100% on-site)

* Competitive compensation: €80,000–€120,000 total compensation (cash + equity)

* Office perks: A beautiful workspace in Berlin Mitte, complete with a ping pong table, PlayStation, and VR setup

* Team bonding: Regular get-togethers, happy hours and offsites

* Health and productivity: Free dinners, subsidized lunches and sponsored gym subscription

If you want to shape the next generation of healthcare software with us, apply now.

Compensation Range: €80K - €120K
