AI Architect

As an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant, you will lead technical delivery on complex AI engagements, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams from design through production deployment. You will serve as a senior technical partner to clients, balancing architectural rigor with practical delivery and contributing to account growth through trusted execution.

You will:

* Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements

* Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment

* Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards

* Lead technical discussions with VP / Director‑level client stakeholders

* Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Skills:

* 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture, with AI delivery experience

* Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration

* Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments

* Strong client presence and executive‑level technical communication

* Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
