AI Agent Engineer Intern (Internship)

The Role

We are looking for a structured, hands-on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.

What you'll do:

* Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams

* Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

* Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination

* Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)

* Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n

* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

Requirements

What we're looking for:

* Final-year Master's student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role

* Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

* Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams

* Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation (n8n, ActivePieces, Make)

* Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)

* Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
