Role: AI Agent Engineer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build intelligent, task-performing

AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Joveo's platform.

You will design, ship, and iterate on agents that interact with APIs,

make decisions, and complete real work on behalf of hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build production AI agents that interact with internal and external APIs

- Engineer agent workflows combining LLMs, tools, memory, and state management

- Integrate agents with real systems — databases, job boards, messaging, and CRMs

- Implement agent evaluation, testing, and monitoring in production environments

- Collaborate with product to identify high-ROI agent use cases across the platform

- Continuously improve agent accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience building AI-powered applications and integrating LLM APIs

- Familiarity with agent frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar

- Solid Python engineering skills including async patterns and API integration

- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems

- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling patterns

- Product mindset — ability to translate vague goals into shippable agent workflows
