Mission

As the leader in autonomous vehicle solutions for industry and aviation, TractEasy is rapidly scaling its operations across the EMEA region. To support this growth, we are strengthening our internal capabilities by integrating AI tools that boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Adoption Intern (m / f / d) to join our Berlin office and help us bring AI into the heart of how we work. As part of our global Operations team, you will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization, and support the implementation of new tools and workflows. You’ll collaborate across departments — operations, product, sales, support — to understand how we work today and help shape how we work tomorrow.

Activities

In this role, you will:

* Analyze internal processes, workflows, and documentation to identify opportunities for AI integration

* Evaluate AI tools and technologies that can improve efficiency, quality, or scalability

* Support the design and implementation of AI‑enhanced processes and automations

* Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to understand their needs and pain points

* Build prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts using AI tools

* Create internal guidelines, playbooks, and best practices for AI usage

* Assist in training teams on new tools and workflows

* Contribute to building a scalable, AI‑enabled operational foundation as we grow across markets

Requirements

* Recently completed or in the final stages of a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field

* Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and process optimization

* Analytical mindset with the ability to break down workflows and identify improvement opportunities

* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

* Curious and eager to explore AI applications across different domains (ops, product, sales, support)

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

* Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, automation platforms) is a strong plus

* Experience in automotive, robotics, or industrial tech is a plus

Soft skills

* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

* Proactive, service-oriented, and focused on enabling teams through better tools

* Structured thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

* Comfortable working in a multinational environment

Language skills

* Business fluent English (written and spoken)

* German, French, or other languages are a plus
