Agentic AI Solution Architect
Paragentics.aiFull Description
About Us
Paragentics.ai builds intelligent conversational AI agents that help businesses automate customer engagement, internal workflows, and enterprise operations. We combine AI, product, and automation to create practical agentic solutions for modern businesses. Our flagship Paragentics Engage Platform is an agentic automation and orchestration layer that delivers “collective agent intelligence” — multiple specialized agents working together behind the scenes to drive productivity, elevate customer experience, and accelerate revenue.
Responsibilities
* Translate business and domain requirements into goal‑driven agent systems, covering perception, planning, tool use, reflection, and escalation patterns.
* Architect integrations between LLM services, vector databases, APIs, event buses, and enterprise data platforms to support secure, low‑latency agent workflows.
* Establish standards and best practices for reusable tools, skills, connectors, and workflows that can be shared across multiple agents and use cases.
* Design observability and governance for agents: telemetry, traces, evaluation pipelines, safety and risk controls, cost and performance monitoring
* Define patterns for responsible AI: guardrails, moderation, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, fallbacks, and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
* Drive technology selection and experimentation around LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval, reasoning engines, and orchestration tools; validate via prototypes and PoCs.
Skills & Experience
* Experienced in software / platform / solution architecture, including large‑scale distributed systems or cloud‑native platforms.
* 3+ years designing or leading GenAI / LLM‑powered solutions, ideally with exposure to multi‑agent or tool‑using agents.
* Deep understanding of LLM fundamentals, retrieval‑augmented generation, tool calling, and structured output patterns.
* Hands‑on experience with at least one agentic or orchestration framework (e.g., LangGraph / LangChain‑style stacks, workflow engines, or custom orchestration layers).
* Strong background in API‑driven integration, microservices, messaging/queues, and event‑driven architecture on major cloud platforms.
* Proven ability to design secure, compliant solutions: data segregation, PII handling, access control, and alignment with enterprise/security architecture.
