We're a VC-backed seed startup building AI world-sim-infra that brings human-context and causality to multi-agent systems. Our thesis: give rationality to AI, have humans in the most critical position of feedback loop. You'd join a small, high-leverage founding team and own the AI backend - we build and deliver at lightspeed: brainstorm and plan in the morning, execution in the afternoon, test and review at evening. As an AI startup, speed is our only moat, a commitment of 60 hrs/wk in average is expected.

Role Description

We are looking for a Sr. Agentic AI Engineer that has startup spirit, is AI-native, have commitment and ownership, and can drive XFN collaboration efforts.

We are looking for a Sr. Agentic AI Engineer who

* Appreciate and can dive deep into the agentic AI infra stack

* Have passion and experience towards harness engineering (RL environment, agentic orchestration, eval framework, reasoning tracability, etc.).

* Can own the Agentic AI System and drive collaboration with Cross-functional team setup.

* Strong communication skill and startup spirit is a must.
