Role: Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, multi-step

AI agents that take real actions across Joveo's platform. You will

design agent architectures, engineer tool-use systems, and ship

production agents that do the work — not just respond to prompts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build multi-step AI agents capable of autonomous task completion

- Engineer tool-use systems, function calling patterns, and agent action loops

- Implement planning, reasoning, and reflection mechanisms in agent workflows

- Build guardrails, safety checks, and failure recovery for production agents

- Develop evaluation frameworks for agent reliability and task completion rates

- Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and multi-step success rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI agents

- Deep understanding of agent architectures — ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, multi-agent systems

- Expertise with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom stacks)

- Strong Python skills and comfort with async, streaming, and long-running workflows

- Experience with LLM tool-use, function calling, and structured output patterns

- Ability to debug complex multi-step agent failures and reasoning errors
