Role: AdTech Engineer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring an AdTech Engineer to build the real-time advertising
infrastructure that powers Joveo's recruitment advertising platform.
You will work on bidding systems, ad serving, campaign optimization,
and attribution at the scale of millions of decisions per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-throughput ad serving and bidding systems
- Integrate with programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Develop campaign optimization, targeting, and bid strategy engines
- Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement pipelines with strict accuracy
- Optimize systems for sub-100ms latency under real-time bidding constraints
- Collaborate with data science teams on ML-driven bidding and optimization logic
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or real-time bidding systems
- Strong backend engineering skills in Java, Go, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with adtech protocols — OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, or similar standards
- Experience building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems
- Understanding of attribution models, pixel tracking, and measurement pipelines
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance considerations (GDPR, CCPA) in advertising
