Admin/Office manager
AlphaXWe're hiring an Admin / Office Manager to support daily office operations and administrative functions for a commercial construction team. This role focuses on organization, coordination, and keeping office workflows running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
* Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and reporting
* Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting coordination
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
* Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff
Requirements
* Experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency with office software and basic accounting tools
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Professional communication and attention to detail
