About The Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for experienced accountants based in the EU or UK to help enhance the depth, accuracy, and practicality of AI-powered financial and accounting systems.

What You Will Do

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs covering accounting topics such as financial reporting, tax, audits, compliance, and bookkeeping

* Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, realism, and adherence to accounting standards

* Draft realistic accounting scenarios and case studies drawn from your experience

* Identify omissions, inaccuracies, or flaws in AI-generated financial content

* Create alternative perspectives from roles such as auditor, financial controller, tax advisor, or business owner

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI-generated accounting content to ensure it demonstrates real best practices and a nuanced understanding of professional accounting. Rather than delivering traditional accounting services, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems truly understand accounting complexities in real use cases.

Who You Are

* A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), financial controller, or accounting advisor with significant hands-on experience

* Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

* Several years of hands-on experience in areas such as financial reporting, tax compliance, audit, or business accounting

* Strong ability to spot mistakes, unrealistic scenarios, or flawed logic in accounting and finance content

* Comfortable working independently and providing clear, actionable feedback

* Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term start
