Why this Role Matters

As our Account Executive, you drive our revenue growth within our Oil & Gas segment for the EMEA region. You work closely together with our broad network of drilling contractors and oil & gas operators on resolving blind spots in crew safety and operational excellence.

This is a 100% hunter role. You sell our Helin Platform, together with our Red Zone Manager solution to drilling contractors, upstream operators, and oilfield service companies across the EMEA region.

You'll identify technological bottlenecks, work with pre-sales and engineering to design solutions, and build business cases demonstrating clear ROI.

What You'll Achieve

* Prospect and close (enterprise)deals with drilling contractors, upstream operators, and oilfield service companies across the EMEA region.

* Drive signed ARR growth for new assets and logos.

* Navigate6-9 month sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees (safety, operations, IT/OT, procurement).

* Show quantified outcomes: reduced incident rates, improved uptime, faster response to operational anomalies.

* Shape product roadmap. Your insights directly influence what we build next.

You are expected to take ownership. Of accounts. Of priorities. Of outcomes.

This role suits someone who is comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments and understands how oil and gas organisations actually work.

What You Bring

* 5+ years enterprise B2B sales in oil & gas (drilling contractors, upstream operators, or oilfield service companies).

* Proven new business track record: prospecting and closing net-new enterprise accounts. Specific metrics (ARR closed, deal sizes) are strong signals.

* Enterprise SaaS sales experience with 6-9 month cycles where technical credibility and ROI justification matter.

* Problem-first approach: lead with customer challenges, not product features.

* Technical fluency: discuss edge computing, industrial IoT, AI/ML, and OT/IT convergence credibly with technical buyers.

* Commercial judgment: know when to qualify out, when to bring in pre-sales, how to prioritize for maximum ROI.

* Excellent English communication across operations, safety, and technology stakeholders.

* Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.

* We value clear thinking, direct communication, and accountability. Sales is treated as a strategic function, not a volume game.

Nice to Have

* Understanding of upstream operations, drilling environments, or offshore settings.

* Existing EMEA oil & gas relationships (UK, Netherlands, Norway, Germany).

* Experience selling vision AI, computer vision, or industrial safety monitoring.

* Scale-up or high-growth SaaS experience.
