We are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing SaaS company that is the market leader in instant video replay software for football programs and tactical training organizations.

The company is now hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within its football segment, selling directly to high school and college programs across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who wants clear ownership, measurable targets, and the opportunity to grow with a scaling SaaS business.

Salary Range

$39,000 - $48,000 USD per year

Role Overview

You will own a defined territory and revenue target. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting through close. You will work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales processes as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of football programs and position the platform as a competitive advantage

• Own a defined territory and carry a revenue quota with direct accountability

• Manage the full sales cycle, including inbound and outbound prospecting, demos, closing, and conversion

• Develop and execute targeted account plans within your territory

• Track all sales activity in HubSpot and report on pipeline and performance

• Partner with leadership to improve messaging, pricing, and sales execution

Preferred Background

• 2 to 4 years of SaaS B2B sales experience preferred

• Proven ability to manage and close your own deals

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and persistent follow up

• Competitive, self motivated, and results driven

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
