About Solving.ai

Solving.ai builds contextual AI agents that live directly inside software and guide users in real time. Instead of relying on documentation or support tickets, users are assisted directly inside the product — helping companies onboard faster, reduce support load, and improve adoption.

We're building a new category at the intersection of AI, onboarding, and product experience, and we're looking for Account Executives who want to help define how this market is won.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in an early-stage environment and is comfortable operating across the full sales cycle.

This is not a pure inbound closing role.

You'll work with a blend of self-generated pipeline and company-generated leads, managing opportunities from first touch to close. You'll also represent Solving.ai externally through events and industry engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building pipeline and closing deals, and who wants to help shape the sales motion of a fast-growing AI company.

What You'll Do

* Own opportunities from first contact to close

* Prospect into target accounts using modern outbound approaches (LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, etc.)

* Qualify and close inbound and marketing-generated leads

* Run discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations

* Build relationships with decision-makers in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Product teams

* Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast process

* Collaborate closely with founders and GTM team to refine messaging and sales motion

* Travel to industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build pipeline and brand presence

* Capture customer insights and feed them back into product and positioning

What We're Looking For

* Experience closing B2B SaaS deals (ideally in the $25k–$50k ACV range)

* Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline

* Strong discovery and storytelling skills

* Ability to run effective product demos

* High ownership mindset and strong execution discipline

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Willingness to travel periodically for industry events and customer engagement

Nice to Have

* Experience selling into Customer Success, Support, or Product teams

* Background in SaaS onboarding, support, or workflow tools

* Experience selling early-stage or category-creating products

* Familiarity with modern sales tooling (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn workflows, etc.)
