We’re building London’s first fully integrated electric fleet service for ride-hailing and the operating model for autonomous vehicle fleets to follow. Today, we operate a fully licensed zero-emission fleet under commercial contracts, generating £1m+ annual revenue and having completed over 1.3 million zero-emission miles in one of the world’s most complex urban markets. Alongside live operations, we are developing AI and machine learning systems that learn from ride patterns to predict demand, optimise vehicle positioning, and manage charging, utilisation and performance under real regulatory and commercial constraints. We call this Intelligent Demand Response. As autonomous vehicles enter cities, our orchestration capability will underpin how AV fleets are deployed, monetised and scaled in London, embedding Odysse at the centre of the city’s autonomous ride-hailing ecosystem.
