Metroscope

Metroscope develops AI solutions to improve the performance and availability of power generation assets. Its monitoring and diagnostics platform detects equipment faults, quantifies performance losses, and supports maintenance decisions. The technology combines physical simulation, machine learning, and Bayesian algorithms to build accurate digital representations of industrial systems — often referred to as digital twins. With over 700 users worldwide, Metroscope equips more than 100 power plants, including the entire French nuclear fleet operated by EDF. In any given year, the platform identifies more than 2,000 unique faults, with 9 out of 10 detections confirmed. Metroscope has helped EDF recover more than 100 MW of additional net power through AI-driven diagnostics.
