The Italian Institute of Artificial Intelligence for Industry AI4I is a newly established Research and Technology Center for applied research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing, automotive and aerospace. Italy is consistently among the top nations in the world when it comes to scientific research, yet it struggles in converting it into innovation and in widely adopting it across economics domains. Our mission is to promote innovation in the area of Artificial Intelligence and to have it integrated in processes, products and services in the Italian industry landscape. Our vision is to create an Italian Research and Technology Organization (RTO) for Artificial Intelligence in Industry with a distinctive position within the European landscape.
